Christel.
I`m a Belgian painter from the beautiful city of Ghent in Flanders. I have a great love of portraits; trying to capture the moment and the feeling in the subject`s eyes. My work focuses on the human form; faces and nudes. I'm inspired by all things beautiful and often by books, music and films. Thanks for your visit here! Christel. (All rights reserved. What a wonderful portrait , again the magic in the eyes tell the whole story , Julian will be so pleased , bravo dear Christel it is good to have back , Happy Friday Paulx
Christel Roelandt replied:
He was, actually, Paul, he asked me to send them over -his and Eliza`s- but I am going to take them when I visit. Whenever that will be... we cannot even guess... Let`s just be patient, paint on happily and stay healthy. A million thanks for all the encouraging and wonderful comments here, made me so happy to be back here after way too, too long. BTW: this was a very difficult portrait: roller coaster: you will understand ;) but a positive process in the end. xox Christel.
