Hartmut Jager

Hartmut Jager

Is it not odd - that we humans can marched ahead with almost dazzling speed when it come to science, inventions etc. - but are stuck in a totally dead end when it comes to ethics, morality, compassion ? ? ? And we have therefor carried on with wars and various atrocities for thousands of years - and to this very day, as the daily news shows.

Oh yes, it`s sad for sure, Hartmut and anyways we spend much more energy, time and means on those dazzling inventions that will help us commit the atrocities. It will never change, cyclic... unfortunately. We can only try our best in our own little circle. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, my friend! Christel.

About Christel Roelandt

Christel Roelandt

I`m a Belgian painter from the beautiful city of Ghent in Flanders. I have a great love of portraits; trying to capture the moment and the feeling in the subject`s eyes. My work focuses on the human form; faces and nudes. I'm inspired by all things beautiful and often by books, music and films. Thanks for your visit here! Christel. (All rights reserved.
